Where to find config /etc/ldap/ldap.conf on windows machine

We have installed GLPI on windows and have trouble getting LDAPS to authenticate with our AD after enabling GPO 'Domain controller: LDAP server signing requirements Require signing'.

We need to define this config /etc/ldap/ldap.conf with the following line:

TLS_REQCERT ALLOW

But i cannot find this file on the windows Server.
How do we configure this definition in Windows?
