Ticket requester fields

Good morning,

Here is my situation:

I have created users at my root entity. These users are the people associated with my company's technical support and should open the tickets.

I created child entities to the root entity corresponding to our client companies; at the same time I created users associated with these daughter entities, it is our customers who contact us.

My company's users are in recursive mode so they can see all child entities. My problem is that at the level of the applicants there is no filter, I see all the users, can import their entities.
What I would like is that when I choose an entity ca only shows me the applicants associated with this entity. This half works because when I chose a requester, the entity fields immediately change to their related entity name.

Is this normal operation? bug? Or wrong setting?
