Hello,
I would need help with setting up a satisfaction survey so that the person after closing the request would receive a link to an external survey, but also that there would be a request ID and title.
Can you help me with this configuration
It would be best if the survey system was also open source and could stand on external hosting, because I have GLPI on my internal servers

Have you done any tests? I don't have it in the production version, but the notification itself is active.
Setup > Notifications > Notification templates > Ticket Satisfaction > Notifications tab
