Hi,
Is it possible to hide some fields only on ticket creation form?
I'm trying to hide the Assigned To field to prevent uses from opening tickets directly to technicians. But if I hide Technician and Technician group in the ticket template, than all users won't be able too see who is working on the ticket when checking the ticket itself.
Or if anyone can give an alternative to prevent users from assigning tickets to technicians qhen creating a ticket, would be great.
