I have done an update from 10.0.5 to 10.0.6 and also I have upgraded my OS also. After this, I am not able to login by LDAP. When I Searched I Found the issue was with the PHP updating so I removed the PHP extensions and reinstalled PHP 8.1 and follow the thread from the forum for the upgradation process and was successful
After the successful migration, I am able to log in to the server with an LDAP user. But I am not able to see the page setup-->general--->General setup
The tab is blank. But I am able to see the other tabs like system, security performance etc.
Could anyone have an idea what will be the issue?

Hi. Have you checked the logs? Have you disabled all plugins? Have you tried in debug mode?

Thank you for the reply.
I have checked the PHP logs. there is no log related to this. But when I enabled debug mode I am able to see the page and an error is showing at the bottom of the page. After disabling debugging mode, the page was blank again.
"Uncaught Exception RuntimeException: Unable to write in the cache directory (/var/www/html/glpi/files/_cache/templates/e3). in /var/www/html/glpi/vendor/twig/twig/src/Cache/FilesystemCache.php at line 57"
So I changed the permission for templates in the cache and its files.
The issue was solved......
Thank you
