automatic closing of calls does not work

Hello, I am not able to put the automatic closing after a call is solved. I configured it in "entities > assistance" to close after 2 days of solving and it won't.
Could someone explain what I should do? I try to do it manually and update "bulk" and change the status to "closed" and it won't either.
