Automatic Actions - mailgate not start automaticly

Run Frequency - 1 minute
Status - Scheduled
Run Mode - try both types
Run Period 0 > 24

but!
Last run - never
Next Run - As soon as possible

If i run receiver manusly all works fine, I have receiving main and have new ticket. What I need to fix
