Issue with BARCODE plugin. Not rendering properly in 10.0.7 , 9.5 OK

We moved our GPLI to 10.0.7 from 9.5.1 . We are used to generate a Barcode for our computers.  Not sure what is going on with 10.0.7 . We use the same settings and the output file doesn't appear properly. See link for image imgur.com/a/hHpkRxO . Also, "Display labels" parameters don't seem to work .

Any idea what is going on ?
