Problem with information provided in the Menu CHAMADO.

When the requester opens the call, I would like the root entity of the branch to appear following the path "Chamado ABERTO> FILIAIS> [FILIAIS NUMBER], but it is only showing the parent entity. Some appear, others do not, as if it were generating randomly.
