My name is Vinícius and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the attention given to this topic. I'm trying to implement GLPI in its 10.0.7 version in the company I work for.
Here we deal with many demands via e-mail and currently use the system called osticket. Where can we copy the email we use and all interactions (by email and in the ticket within the platform) reach everyone. I really liked the GLPi but I'm having trouble making it work that way. I have already enabled the following options: Allow anonymous follow-ups and Allow opening of anonymous tickets (helpdesk.receiver).
The problem is that with each interaction via e-mail, the system is opening a new ticket, while everything should be handled in the same ticket. Example:
