V10.0.6 - bug notification with new group

Hi,

I have un bug with notifications.
my ticket is assigned to a group.
I delete the group and I assign a new group.

=> notifications "New attribution" are send to new group but also to the deleted groupe!..

I have checked all my notifications and my config, all is good
