Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and to the tool. I would like you to advise me for a correct functioning of the application. 1.- It is possible that from a ticket it can be associated to a computer and in turn it can be given a consumable, such as a hard drive... 2.- Change management can be done where you request the change of the hard disk and from here you can give the consumable. Or how can you relate everything, ticket, changes and consumables... Thank you so much.
