How do I hardcode an image on top of header line and footer

Hi GLPI team

I want to add an image file before (and after) the textbox as a hard coded header (and footer) in HTML so that when I CTRL-P I can save it as a PDF and view my logo at the very top.

The problem is that I can't seem to find the correct HTML/php file
I know that this section is found in /glpi/front/ticket.form.php with and id(84)
May I know where to edit specifically?
