I have GLPI 10.0.2. I setup business rules for different SLA for different support groups. But SLA value changes only after second click on Save button.
Example:
Group A has SLA '1' and group B has SLA '2'.
When I change technician group from A to B and click Save, SLA keep been '1', and then I click on Save second time and SLA became '2'.
Maybe someone faced same issue? How I can fix it?
