Glpi agent 1.4 - [http client] unknown content format

Hi,

We have a glpi instance that was working flawlessly on Debian 10 and Apache 2.4.53. We got a request to upgrade Apache to version 2.4.56 since there are some security issues with version 2.4.53. We opted to upgrade to Debian 11 (with apache 2.4.56) and after the upgrade some of our glpi-agents are getting the following errors:

[error] [http client] unknown content format
[error] No answer from server at hxxps://glpi.xxxx.xxx/front/inventory.php

The thing is that some of our glpi-agents are working correctly while some other are not. Some of our glpi-agents (inventory) are able to report normally and other can't connect and they give the same (mentioned) error. Nothing was changed with the systems that hold the agents. The only thing that changed was the OS and Apache upgrades for the glpi server.

Any ideas?

Hi CLIC,
you're not talking about the GLPI version.
If you're not using the latest 10.0.7 one, you should first upgrade GLPI.

Hi gbougard,

You're right, I didn't mention. I am using GLPI 10.0.7.

OK,

Issue is solved. I fixed it by backing up my glpi files and reinstalling apache, php and the certificate files (certbot). Everything worked fine after setting up all again. There was some corruption on my previous apache/php setup.
