Hello select group.
I have given it several turns without being able to solve it, see if they give me a hand. In version 0.85 the default ticket template provides fields such as Customer, Day. In version 10 it only says observer (Client), and they eliminated the field, Day. Do you know how to standardize these fields to version 10? Thank you.
