Mandatory comment on group change

Hi,

I've been searching for a way to configure this in GLPI but have come up short.

I'd like to make adding a comment/answer mandatory when changing a ticket to another group. Use case:
Group A receives a ticket, does something and needs to transfer the ticket to group B. If group A just transfers the ticket, group B will have to read all past interactions on the ticket to figure out what is being asked of them. I know we could do this with two actions: add a comment then transfer ticket, but it's 2 actions that have to be done.

I'm trying to find a solution that when group A tries to transfer ticket to group B they have to add a comment to give some context to group B.

Any ideas on how to achieve this (or if it's even possible)?
