Problems in tickets generated by mail

Hello !

When a ticket is created by mail, the following log appears:

Petitions 496 04-24-2023 13:42 Tickets 4 anonymous adds element 496

Petitions 495 04-24-2023 13:37 Tickets 4 anonymous adds the element 495

Petitions 494 04-24-2023 13:37 Tickets 4 anonymous adds element 494

Then, that ticket cannot be assigned technicians, observers, or followers.

I would appreciate it if you could guide me where to start.
