email follow-up creating new ticket

Hi All,

Kindly advise me that I'm facing an issue as, If I'm sending a follow-up to the existing ticket via email that is creating a new ticket with mine as a requester.

glpi version 10.0.7  - recently upgraded.

Please help me....!

I just realized that the plugin that allows this is from @tomolimo and is called mailanalyzer 3.0.0 version only with the update from GLPI to 10.0.7 I had not updated or enabled it, once I did this it no longer knows create new tickets.
