Unable to create new ticket from Super Admin profile

We are using GLPI 10.0 with plugin FusionInventory 10.0.6+1.1 and plugin MoreTicket 1.7.1.

Inside logs of GLPI we find this error :

[proxy_fcgi:error] ... Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning : error_log(/var/www/html/glpi/files/_log/cron.log) : Failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/glpi/arc/Toolbox.php on line 599', referer: https://.../glpi/marketplace/fusioninventory/front/crontask.php

I changed permission on file cron.log, log is ok.

But we cannot create new ticket using Super Admin profile : the form to create appears, i submit and i habe a blank page, no new ticket.
