Hi all,
I am new to this forum and I am currently running GLPI version 10.0.06. At the moment, when I click on a ticket, it just goes to the URL of the ticket. Normally, I right click on the ticket and open it on a new tab so that I can work on multiple tickets at the same time and have them on different tabs. However, I was wondering if anyone knows or has managed to set it up so that when I click on a ticket it opens a new tab inside GLPI itself? It would also be helpful if tickets could automatically update when a user replies to a ticket. Any help would be much appreciated!

I am very new and by no means an expert, but I am not aware of any functionality to create a tabbed experience within GLPI. I believe you will have to settle for the individual browser tabs loaded to different GLPI pages.
And, as far as I am aware, tickets do indeed automatically update when a user replies. I'm not sure what you mean by that. You mean the page you are on updates without refreshing the page?

There is no configuration to change the link behavior. Depending on who you ask, the best behavior of links is to always open in the same tab by default.
A shortcut you can use though, it to just middle-mouse click the links instead of right clicking and choosing the option to open in a new tab.
