Inventory of MSSQL instances

When doing inventory tasks on computers running MSSQL server, only the first/default instance is inventoried.

Under Managment/Databases/Database there is a field Database instance linked with a model "Database instance" (front/databaseinstance.form.php). The data here is gathered from GLPI Agent and linked correctly to the computer running the Database. But the instance is not gathered correctly as only the Server Version is stated in "Name" not the instance name.

• Is it possible to gather inventory on all database instances? Detected automatically or configured.

• The "Database instance" should hold the correct instance name, not the Server version

We're using GLPI 10.0.6, GLPI-Inventory 1.1.0, GLPI-Agent 1.4

Problem still the same on GLPI 10.0.7 and GLPI-Inventory 1.2

I second, create the first instance only and set name SQL Server 2019.  If I change the instance name for MSSQLSERVER, it recreate a new instance

Hello

I would like to know how you configure the plugin in order to have databases inventory.
does it run directly with 'inventory' scan ? Do I need to declare something on the 'hosting' server ?
