Problem with ticket automatic create

Hi all,
I use user1@abc.com to send email to mail receiver and tag user2@abc.com in CC of email.
This auto create a ticket -> OK
But when user2 reply all on email -> it auto create a new ticket.
How to auto group those tickets to 1 ticket (group - maybe).
