Hello all,
At now, I'm in testing stage of GLPI on our company, we have already now 500 users, ant we want to use GLPI for device lists and ticketing system.
But on testing stage is small problem, our mailbox system is Google Workspace, in this system we have main organization group all@domain.com. There is default option every created account are added to this automatically.
Now we have helpdesk@domain.com account who is the ticket receiver in GLPI, and is lite problem now.
If someone sent mail to all@ the GLPI creating ticket, and we don't want this. The ticket shuld be created only if someone sent to helpdesk@.
So I set up rules to catch all@ sender in header, copy to, CC etc. in GLPI criteria, and action to reject this message, but the problem is bigger than I suppose.
Looks like the Google Workspace in the background changes real sender, from all@ to user email user@domain.com.
Is some way then to catch with filter this and just block for forever?
Someone fights with the same issue, maybe?

The second issue is when we're answering from mails system and is the situation with Re:"TICKET TITLE" GLPI creating new one ticket, In example

For the first issue, you may be able to change the group's access settings and remove all permissions for "who can post" from it (Directory > Groups. Edit the all group. Access settings tab). I believe that will block everyone from sending emails to that group email address.
Another option may be creating a routing rule for emails going to all@domain.com with an action of Reject message (Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Default routing).

Thank You for reply, I will try with this routing, and I have some question, from documentation I know how to block email
email headers: auto_submitted, from, in_reply_to, received, subject, to, X-Auto-Response-Suppress, X-priority, X-UCE-Status
I checked logs, and email I want to block is too with label:
- Bcc
- X-BeenThere,
- Mailing-list: list
Is some option in GLPI even inside Linux to filter in example by Bcc?
