I'm having an issue in the GLPI such that, when a private note is added for a ticket, the email notification is sending to watchers as well as assignees. I don't need watchers to receive private note notification. Only assignees should receive it.
But at the same time normal follow up should be received by all users.
I have added Requester, Technician in charge of ticket, and watcher as the recipients of Add Followup notification.
Is there any way to limit private follow up notification limited to Technician in charge of ticket.

Hi,
You can only limit it by profile.
So, limit the profiles to see only their tickets, and that's it.
Private follow-ups are to communicate among techs, without bothering end-users. Not for storing sensitive information.
