Hello,
I would like to know if there any way of tracking the time spent of a technician on a ticket, what i mean is, when i accept a ticket i make a task, and use the actual time plugin to track the time, after im done i close the task and i can see how much time i spent on that ticket.
But what if i want to see the time i spent on tickets doing task's this month, can i check that ?
I would like to see a report with the time each technician spent on task's weekly, daily or monthly.
