I'm trying to configure tickets so that they enter a "Pending" status automatically when they are opened.
To accomplish that, I followed the setup path below:
Administration > Rules > Business Rules for Tickets > Rules applicable in the sub-entities > Add Rule > [RULES FIELD]: Name: Ticket Pending | Description: None | Logical Operator: and | Active: Yes | Use rule for: Add), [CRITERIA FIELD]: Criteria: Category - Name | "is" (I selected an Entity that I pre-configured), [ACTIONS FIELD]: Action: "Status" | "Assign" | "Pending".
After this setup, I tested it by creating a New Ticket. When I saved it, it was saved with the status named "New".
Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can configure it properly? Is there a bug in this setup?
