Assign Profile

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to make a configuration in GLPI like this:

A profile (e.g. Administrator) can assign all users as the assigned technician of a ticket.

And a profile (e.g. Support Technician) can only assign himself/herself to the ticket, no other user than himself/herself.
