Issue with setup email creating ticket - rules

Hello Everyone,

I already setup Oauth IMAP app in my GLPI cloud instance, and properly configured mail address as a Receiver so i can create ticket by sending an email to the precise email address.
I also configured some rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver.

When i go to the configured mail receiver->actions->Get email tickets now i receive a message that i have available 45, already imported 10. I've spent to much time to find where these records goes because i cannot find them in Tickets section, something is not okay.

Please i've someone has configured a mail receiver properly to help me with the rules and tickets.
