Plugin: additional fields: create custom field on an item tab

We are using the Fields add-on, but I am unable to add additional field on "Ticket" -> "Costs" -> "Cost". Is that even possible or is there maybe an additional add-on that would allow me to do that. I would need to add an additional Text field.
