Rss feed URL not allowed by your administrator

Hello.I try to add rss feed with basic auth( because its from secured xwiki site).URL looks like this: http://user:password@10.12.1.73/xwiki/bin/get/XWiki/Notifications/Code/NotificationRSSService?outputSyntax=plain&basicauth=1.But when i try to save feed, GLPI says: «URL not allowed by your administrator”
Without login:password@  feed saves normally.Cant find settings about this.
P.S GLPI 10.0.6,Ubuntu 18.04 server
