Im using 10.0.6 version
The calendar of this technician appears blank,
no task planned in a ticket, but creating a new task clicking in the calendar, saves the task but no it showed in the calendar.
I have give temporally super-admin profile but nothing , can not se his planner, but mine not too.
With my user I can see muy planning han his planning
Any ideas?

Apparently, in the calendar library we use, background events are just periods of times that show up as a shaded period of time.
I don't see anything in GLPI that actually uses them except if you add an external event and check the background option.
Then, all it does is change the background color for that day and you can only see the event title/name if you have "Only background events" checked.
I don't know the actual purpose of these types of events, but there was discussion on the repository for the calendar library about representing work hours this way.
