API GLPI / Django Python

Good morning,

I developed a Django Python web portal, and failing to succeed in putting an iframe which remains in the window of my web portal (IP does not authorize the connection), I considered creating a form which allows open a ticket using the API.
However when I validate, it does nothing.

Who can provide a solution?
