Hiding Asset Management Items

Good morning

I am currently using the latest version of GLPI (10.0.6). I am new to fleet management and I realize that many fields present are not useful to me.
I found a solution but it is not optimal. It consists of deleting the corresponding columns in the databases but if I want to put them back, I have to reintegrate the column into the database as well as all the values.
Is there a better way to do it with a plugin or by modifying the code?
