Hello ,
I am new with GLPI , i have installed GLPI 10.0.6 docker based all seems to work fine , i have configured Receivers to get our organization helpdesk mail that al users open ticket with
The Receivers is Oauth IMAP app azure seems to work fine , when i am clicking button Get email ticket now i can see it retrieving and message success goes as follows bellow
Number of messages: available=10, already imported=10, received=0, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=0
But nothing appear under Assistance Tickets , is there another step i should do , did i missed something?
