Email to Ticket and Email Notification Not Working Automatically

Dear Community Members,
I was trying to configure the email in the GLPI. I was able to receive tickets from email when I press "Get Tickets" button. Also, the notifications are sent when I execute notification queue. I run task scheduler in the windows. But still these functions are not operating automatically. What would be the cause for this ?
