Customize fields for a new asset

Hello everybody!

We have added new asset in GLPI (10.0.5)using Object management. We want to add specific fields to this asset, we don't have many choices. How can we add the fields we want to specify?

Also, we want to include these assets in the dashboard statistics like computers. So, we can have their number. Do you have any idea?
