Problem with end of contract email notification

Hi!
I have inserted a contract information with the following:

Name: ABC
Start Date: 27-05-2011
Initial Contract period: 12 months
Notice: 1 month
Email alarm: End + Notice

In notifications > Contract End & Contract Notice, I have set the recipient as Administrator.

I didn't received any email upon ending of the contract. Any helpful advice to solve this issue pls.

Thanks for your reply. I am sorry to ask this question but what do you mean by activation of the automatic action. If the need arises, then how to activate it.

Thanks for your response yllen, I did the following setup
Run frequency: 1 minute
Status: Scheduled
Run mode: GLPI
Run period: 0 - 24

But still no receipt of email for notice end of contract or end of contract itself

I wish to highlight that I am receiving email upon expiration of licenses.
Pls If someone could help me to overcome this issue

There is nothing in the logs of the automatic action

In Run mode GLPI, you must navigate in GLPI to activate the automatic actions
