hello,
I wanted to know if anyone knows how to make users who issue a ticket able to verify a ticket once they have responded to it, that is, suppose user A sends a ticket and technician B solves the ticket (the ticket ends but does not close), now that user A can validate whether or not the answer given by B is useful, if not, the ticket can be reopened.
I think this was done by the self-service user by default but I deleted it and I can't find the method so that the default user I have now can perform this action.
I use GLPI 10.0.6
