No Add Button when adding Phone

Hello

I am trying to add a mobile Phone to the Phones section but there is no Add button for the new Item. How do I do this under GLPI 10? I can see the +Add button on the top which opens a new Window. However under the new Window after entering all the details, there is no Add Button to save all the details.
