Cannot add user to ticket/asset

Hello,

GLPI 10.0.5 (same on 9.5.4)
Installed on XAMP Server (Windows 2016 server)
Users sync with LDAP (same with local user)

My users are added with LDAP. I can find new users synced in Users menu but from Asset or Ticket I can't find the same user, the user doesnt apper on the list.
I've tested with LDAP user/Local User, on GLPI 9.5.4 and 10.0.5 and it's same.

It's look like when you are from asset or tickets, the user menu is looking in a cache and not direclty in the user Table.
Its a big company, I have many users (more than 1000) and its a real mess actually because with need add user in Comments ....

Please could you help me ?

auto answer : another IT technician have removed self-service profile for new users. If a user dont have a profile, you can't add him on asset/tickets .....
