Text Editor Right Button Options

Hello guys, hope you all doing well
I'm using version 9.5.11 and whenever I click with the right button in the text editor, the only option I get is:
Link... CTRL + K
None of the other options are available since I updated from 9.5.5 to 9.5.11.
What can I do?

Shift + right click will bring up the browser's context menu like it did before.

This patch will restore the original behavior in GLPI 9.5.11:
