Hi, guys.
In our GLPI 10.0.5, when the technician adds a solution, the status of the ticket automatically changes to "closed" instead of "solved". I already disabled all automatic rules and actions, but tickets kept closing after adding a solution message. In Entities>Assistance, the automatic closing of solved tickets is configured for 2 days. In Setup>Automatic actions, the "closeticket" rule has the following settings: Run frenquency is 12 hours, Status is Schedule, Run mode is GLPI, Run period is 0->24.
I want the ticket closed only after validation by requester. If there is no validation, should be automatically closed after two days of the solution.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
*Obs.:A while ago our technician upgraded from release 10.0.3 to 10.0.5 and we had some problems with plugins. I don't know if this could also have caused this problem in closing tickets...
