Generic object

Hi all,
i have glpi 10.0.5 on ubuntu server 22.04 and generic object managment plugin v2.14.1 installed.
I need to manage a generic object in the help desk, i tried to create an object with all behaviour enabled and i can see it only from native user post-only in general search.if i use a superadmin user or another user , with self-service profile, i cant see the generic object, how i can configure glpi to see the object in my device or general search from on native user??
