Unable to View attachments after Server migration

Hello

I am fairly new to GLPI. However I have just moved the instance from an old host to a new host. GLPI was installed on the new host and I then imported the database and files under;

/var/www/glpi
/var/lib/glpi

I can login and things look 'ok'. However I noticed I can no longer click on attachments in tickets. I see the error 'File Not Found', in the new tab. Could someone let me know what I should be checking please? Thank you.

Re: Unable to View attachments after Server migration

Can you verify that the permissions on the "files" folder and subfolders are correct? The web server's user should have access to read and write to them.

Re: Unable to View attachments after Server migration

Hello and thanks for your reply. Yes I can see my web server user is the owner of the different files folders like XLSX, PDF, etc..

I have just noticed that on the old server when I look up a previous ticket, I see the image of the paste.

However on the new server, if I look up that same ticket, I see a reference name of that image instead;

       Resolute menu

       dda687a9-b2d8e96f-63a0efe5d5d6a9.18631263

That reference name doesn't seem to correlate back to my sql database for the actual document.
