Sorting tasks on ticket Template

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to tell glpi to create tasks on certain order like:

1 - backup User
2 - Install glpi inventory
3 - Restore backup

i have some tickets categories that generate over 20 tasks and all of then looks like they randomized. If someone can help me thanks in advance.

Hi,

I have the exact same issue. I automatically assign tasks when we register a new user or someone leaves the company, depending on the form parameters there's up to 20 tasks generated.
They seem to always appear in the same order, but it's neither alphabetical, nor the order they appear in the ticket template.

It's a bit of an annoyance because I like to keep things organized so it would be better if the order of the tasks matched our company's processes.

Just found that if you open your check list on Gapp it show all tasks in the exact order it should be, but on any browser its still random.
