Ticket opening by mail.

Hi everyone!

I need a help in GLPI 10, im trying to create tickets automatically by mail. The configuration of the receiver is ok, he even can see the folders and subfolders of the e-mail, but when sended, he not creates the ticket. Even when i try to use the Action "Get email tickets now" but not works too, only pop-ups the message "Number of messages: available=174, already imported=10, retrieved=0, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=0", and dont creats any ticket.

Anyone can help me?

Check if the email is in the "unread" status.
Clean the folder (move the other mails to a subfolder for eg.) and retry.
