How can I make rule requests for changes?
Example: When a certain call opens the change order, it sends an automatic approval request, as in the call. It's possible?

If you are asking about business rules for changes, similar to how there are business rules for tickets, then those are being added in the next minor version of GLPI (10.1.0). The current goal is to have at least a beta version of 10.1.0 by the end of this year.
