Database schema differ for table glpi_notimportedemails, can't update

Hello, we want updating our GLPI from version 9.4.6 to 10.0.5.

OS: Centos 7 updated
PHP: 7.4.33
mysql: Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.37-MariaDB

When I check the update command, it tells me that the database table should be DEFAULT CHARSET without COLLATE, but how to do it ? Or maybe it means something else ?

In 9.4.6, all tables should be using utf8 charset and utf_unicode_ci collation. In 10.0.5, tables can use the same charset and collation but it is recommended to convert them after the upgrade to GLPI 10.0.X using the "glpi:migration:utf8mb4" CLI command.

The schema check done with "bin/console db:check" is just a recommendation in case there are fields that are missing or otherwise don't match. If the charset and collation are all that are different, it should be OK to attempt an update (backup your database first, as always). If the update itself fails (without doing the schema check), please let us know what error you are getting.
