Configuration for sending notifications

I would like to know how to configure the sending of notifications using the exchange settings, I am using smtp.office365.com, port 587, SMTP+TLS sending mode, but it gives a sending error.

It gives you error because you are using Microsoft365 which means it uses Modern authentication.
GLPI (so far) doesn't have this option built-in, so you have to install OAuth2 plugin:

Once you install it, you have to connect it to your Microsoft365 tenant using Azure portal.
